Escort Index
https://escortindex.com
EscortIndex, which was under the domain name of Live Escort Reviews (LiveEscortReviews.com), has apparently made an attempt to rebrand itself. Just a little bit. The site itself doesn't seem to have changed at all; it has always been a searchable index site that gathered escort articles from all over the web and offered them in one convenient location. The only real difference is that now, with the new domain of escortindex.com, you have a more accurate depiction of what to expect on the site.
I have no idea why they used to call themselves "Live Escort Reviews" when the site had a grand total of zero reviews on it. And it's not like they set out to be a review site in the first place either; the FAQ clearly states that they are just an indexing service and do not offer any submission capabilities.
So why would an indexing site want people to believe that they have reviews of girls? That is as much a mystery to me as it is to you. My best guess is clickbait. I personally am much more likely to click on a site that claims to offer escort postings and girl reviews than I am to click on any other index site. Anyway, I am glad that Escort Index has decided to be more honest in their domain with the service they offer: escort indexing.
Or, in Escort Index's own words, "EscortIndex.com is a dating and escort advertising wayback machine. It searches, indexes, and links to ads from various online resources".The Wayback Machine, for those who don't know (I had to look it up), is a non-profit archive of the Internet started in 2001. However, the analogy may be misleading, as Escort Index is definitely a for-profit organization (I could easily see that from their use of advertising).
Now that we have a clearer picture of what the Escort Index actually is, we can analyze what it is. And, as far as the Escort Index goes, it seems to adequately do the job it promises. The design of the site is simple, if lacking, it is easy to navigate.
Soon I am underwhelmed.
When you open the Escort Index home page, it says "Escort Index" in black letters on a white background, with a search bar below it and an index of places to browse, arranged alphabetically by state (and by city within that state). The site looks like an ugly cousin of Craigslist, with no style at all, just a very, very simplified list of categories and subcategories.
At least Craigslist has pop-up blue text. It's a site dedicated to finding girls for fun and weird experiences, but without the pink logo, it looks like it could be an index for a funeral home. Come on, guys, let's put a little playfulness into our sites to reflect the content we offer. This honestly doesn't even look like an effort.
Various locations
This is one of the areas where the Escort Index excels. It's not a matter of analyzing these posts and asking to organize them into something of a true index of escorts (with individual profiles containing all the relevant information found) as opposed to an index of escort photos and phone numbers, where we have to sift through ourselves to put everything together Is it too much? I get that the escort index is bent over, based on their own words, what essentially amounts to doing the bare minimum, but damn. You are running a crack house, not a website. Clean it up a bit.
Watch out for scams.
Another thing I noticed, and this is probably due to not vetting the content or actually looking at it, is that during my short time on the Escort Index, I came across posts that I knew were fake. You know, the pictures of girls that scammers and catfishers use over and over again. Well, I have found here a couple of the most commonly recycled girls on the web.
I really don't think I feel safe enough, based on this fact, to actually go through with meeting a girl I found posted on the escort index. And, of course, there is nothing in the verification process, the girl's biography, or the list of interests and prices that reassures me that these girls are legitimate. In other words, if you find a girl from Escort Index and she ends up handcuffing you (and not in a good way), don't say I didn't warn you.
Dingleberry cherries on a fucking sundae.
In addition to the overall lackluster site design and functionality, as I mentioned earlier, Escort Index also uses advertising. The ads are not obnoxious, in-your-face, or anything. But the way they appear in the list of thumbnails when browsing for girls from your city, is slightly deceptive. While ads are always annoying, I think they could be much worse. Plus, the sites they link to aren't particularly offensive or anything (just a sugar baby/sugar daddy site, a cam site, a (probably fake) hookup site, and another (definitely fake) hookup site. I don't give a shit. Still really fucking annoying, but at least my computer won't be slowed down by a barrage of pop-ups and pop-unders.
All in all, the Escort Index might be a good place to check out as a last resort, or if you can't find any other sites featuring escorts in your area... Chances are there is an Escort Index (it is a huge index). Or maybe you are fed up with all the girls in your area and maybe you want to see if there are others you could not find elsewhere, check the Escort Index, sure.
But on the other hand, if you know of other sites that cater to your area and make your life a little easier than this site, I would keep using it. Considering all the areas where Escort Index has room for improvement, such as site design, organization, lack of useful information, and use of ads, I think it is clear that Escort Index will not be my go-to site for paid pooning.
